Haha, you know I'd always be honored for another remix of my own, but there are some other ideas I have.
For example, take any game from the far past (like N64 and back). Say you played a lot of Mega Man 2. If you're out of ideas, just pick, say, Air Man's stage theme and play around with it. You may get an original idea while writing the remix, so then you could put that remix away and make something absolutely amazing that's totally yours, or you could keep the remix going and make just an awesome remix.
Ultimately, just find a song from a game or another Newgrounds artist since those are the easiest to remix.
If I could recommend another friend, I have a friend who's NG name is RetromanOMG I believe who would appreciate a remix if you can find a song to do that with. He has somewhat of a collection so I'd start with the best rated and work your way until you find one you like, if you even want to remix another NG artist's song.
Haha, ultimately, it's up to you to find something. If you like something, run with it! That's where inspiration comes from.
